Training Times

Over the summer we are holding two classers per week, a full program of classes will resume in September. Classes are held at the Priory Street Centre (off Micklegate) and the Next Generation Gym in Heslington. Locations and prices are shown below:

• Tuesday

  • 6.15pm-8.15pm at the Priory Street Centre.

• Friday

  • 6-7pm at the Next Generation Gym, Heslington.
